This is how you create email aliases or forwarders. This is a type of “email account” that is only used to receive messages and where all messages are forwarded to another email account.
Please note that it is only possible to add email aliases for domain names for which you have created a website. If you haven’t started a website yet, read the article how to add a new website.
- Log in to the control panel with the correct username and password
- Select “Emails” from the side column and press the “Add account” button
- Enter the desired e-mail address and select the domain name to which the account belongs
- Make sure that “Forwarder-only” is selected
- In the “Forward email to” field, enter the recipient address and confirm by clicking “Add”
- Once the recipient address(es) have been added, create the email alias by pressing “Add”
