Add a DNS record

This is how you add a DNS record on our web hosting.

  1. Log in to the control panel with the correct username and password
  2. Select the website or domain name you want to change from the main screen, or from “Websites” in the side column
  3. Select “Domains” from the main menu and you will now be able to see a list of all domains associated with the website
  4. Select the domain name you want to change from the list. Scroll down until you see “DNS records” and select “Add record”

  1. Select which DNS record type (A, AAAA, TXT etc.) you want from the list and enter the required details
  2. Click “Create” to save your changes

Please note that DNS records for your domain will only be active if you use our nameservers. If you use your provider’s nameservers instead, the DNS record must be added with them.
